Stone Smeenge migrated north from his hometown of Jacksonville, Florida and since then he has fallen in love with West Michigan. Going from house to house growing up, a passion for helping others through the process was sparked. He Graduated from Hudsonville High School in 2020 and is currently studying Finance and is a former football at Grand Valley State University. Go Lakers! Stone is also a proud member of the Sold By Gleason Team with Coldwell Banker Woodland Schmidt. His father, an experienced land developer and former realtor, has passed down knowledge and skills in the industry to him as well as taught him the value in owning land and a home. Stone brings a wealth of skills and experience to the world of real estate, having past work experience as a maintenance man, giving him knowledge on house repairs, landscaping and a look at what property management is really like. He would say his most beneficial experience was assisting his Father through the years fixing up and flipping houses, developing land, learning to spot a good find and have a vision of what the property could be, not what it is. He has always been interested in real estate, which led to an early success in a land development project, with hopes of many more to come. He truly feels that real estate is a lifetime endeavor and has found it immensely rewarding and gratifying to assist people with their real estate needs.

He believes in giving back to his community and has been involved with volunteering his time through church, Grand Rapids First. Stone delights in sharing what the beautiful Michigan area lifestyle has to offer his clients with his local knowledge and expertise; which include a multitude of outdoor activities offering gorgeous nature trails for walking, hiking and biking in addition to fishing, hunting and boating our great bodies of water together with wonderful dining, boutique shopping along with unique events and activities for everyone.
